There are four bedrooms spread across this home. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The next two bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom is masterfully designed to carry the tropical, beach theme throughout!

This home has two full bathrooms, both of which are clean and modern. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only, while the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is open and modern, with new, stainless steel appliances (including a coffee station with a Keurig & coffee pods). This space opens up on both sides to the rest of the main living areas.
Right across from the kitchen is the formal dining room, with enough seating to comfortably accommodate 8 (plus outdoor dining options).

As you walk into the home, you'll be greeted with the living room. This space is beautifully crafted to reflect the beach, flamingo theme that is vibrant throughout the entire home. Right across from the rest of the main living area is the first game room, equipped with a pool table, smart TV, and more seating options. This space is truly one of the centerpieces of the home, with a big mural, marking this home as the "Flamingo Oasis".
The garage has been converted into a second game room, with even more games and an additional space to hang out! Ping pong, foosball, Pop-a-Shot (basketball) and some additional seating makes this game room a great addition to the rest of the entertainment you'll find in this home!

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

We had such a great time here! The pool and hot tub were perfect and got lots of use during our stay. The rooms were amazing—very clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. We also loved the game room in the garage, it was such a fun bonus and kept us entertained. Our dogs especially enjoyed the yard, getting some exercise in and exploring—it was perfect for them! Overall, the house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Our original location was not available however the location provided was exceptional. Between the communication, timely responses, and overall experience trip was 10 out of 10. A definite recommendable host.
