Beautiful house 5 minutes from Fleming Island. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fully remodeled with new flooring, modern kitchen, fresh paint and fast wifi. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. Fully fenced backyard. Dog friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.

The house is conveniently located with 2 beds per room which was nice for those who have extras staying with them. TV's in all the bedrooms which for my family is a must! BIG fenced in backyard for the dogs which was awesome and the place is pet-friendly. There are lots of restaurants/shops nearby and plenty of parking. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. While we didn't intend to cook meals at the house, the kitchen had the basics so if you plan to cook meals check with the host to ensure it has what you need. They're very responsive and accommodating.

Great location and wonderful house. Spacious rooms and comfortable couches. Excellent communication with owners. Excellent for wedding stay with our our 2 adult boys and teenage daughter.
