The location was awesome! Community pool and park was great! Having your own pool and bathrooms were definitely convenient. The QR code for the gate was rough but doable and we weren’t the only ones having the issue. Quiet neighborhood. Some cleanliness concerns but nothing that I wouldn’t stay at again. Communicating with the owners was pretty good as well. Good vacay vibes!

The rooms were not vacuumed. We found dirt and garbage like fake eyelashes. There was no provided QR code for the gate. We had to stop at the guard gate every time. No over head lights in bedrooms. One of the lamps didn’t work in the master. There was soap in some bathrooms but not all. The TVs didn’t have directions and it was difficult to figure out. Finally got the living room one to work for the little kids to watch cartoons. A pool maintenance person showed up and we did not know this was going to happen. Windows were open and people were exposed to strangers. This was frustrating. Even a hey they come around this time on this day would have saved worry and upset.
