About this house rental
Here’s an opportunity to stay in one Florida’s luxury island home and have a boat to enjoy the intracoastal waterway within steps of your back door. Now a 90 day lease is required. Enjoy our freshly renovated single level home with your own beach on deep intracoastal water. 5BR plus can accommodate up to 18 guests. Uniquely located on open intracoastal waterway with gorgeous unlimited sunsets, only :45 minute drive from Orlando, :30mins to Kennedy Space Center; 8mins to our Atlantic ocean beaches.
Bring your large family or work group to include your pet to our home and enjoy fishing and wildlife galore w/ over 26 species of animals daily like dolphins, manatees, birds, etc. Pet must be pre-approved by the owner.
Boat is available for rent daily (separate reservation required), a kayak and paddle board are located only footsteps out the back door and available for guests.
Our home sleeps up to 18 people, suitable for large family gatherings, special events and weddings. The large master bedroom has direct access to the pool with exquisite Turkish marble floors in master bathroom which includes a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and three head shower system.
Spacious TV great room for entertaining that includes a Baldwin baby grand piano directly overlooking the waterfront.
Newly designed gourmet kitchen with total waterfront views and pool.
Dining area also shares direct waterfront views. Separate office with two dedicated workspaces with full bed and single trundle.
Washer/dryer - large capacity
Beach wear available: chairs, umbrella, large cooler, sand toys, etc.
Additional studio space for four people is available for large groups for an additional fee. Studio features full kitchen, bathroom, shower, memory foam full bed and a memory foam sleeper sofa bed.
Adirondack chairs around the outdoor fire pit located near the water. More chairs on the dock for your viewing pleasure.
Outdoor sectional couch and seating near the pool with large screen TV.
Immediate dock access only a few steps behind our home. Boat rental available upon request.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Merritt Island. The house was large and accommodated our group well. The kitchen was stocked well and the pool, dock, firepit area were great. Our only complaint were the beds werent the greatest, some very hard and some very soft.
Keith, the property manager, was great to work with and we appreciate his attention to us.
Overall, a great spot for vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and the view is lovely. We brought our own boat and were able to use the boat lift, which was great. The manager seems to be nearby and is helpful and responsive.
