Located in Boliqueime, a charming village in the heart of sunny Algarve, this magnificent 360 m² Quinta is the perfect retreat for unforgettable family holidays or getaways with friends.
Accommodating up to 14 guests, the property offers comfort, space, and a privileged location between the sea and the mountains.
The Quinta features a spacious living room with fireplace, ideal for relaxing together, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are 7 cozy bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet, ensuring total convenience for everyone. Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls, and the house has air conditioning and TV. Children are welcome—crib and high chair are available on request.
Outside, enjoy stunning mountain and sea views, relax in the furnished garden, or sunbathe on the private sunny terraces. Guests have exclusive use of an adult pool and a children's pool, both with saltwater treatment.
The location is excellent, just 1–3 minutes from restaurants, bars, and cafés, and 4 km from supermarkets. The beautiful Praia da Falésia in Vilamoura is only a short drive away, perfect for days of sun, blue sea, and golden cliffs.
Walking trails, mountain hikes, cycling routes, and a renowned golf course are nearby. Faro Airport is just 22 minutes away by car. Paderne, Alte, Querença, and Loulé are all within a 15-minute drive.
The property offers private parking, welcomes pets, provides bed linen and towels, and can convert single beds into doubles on request.

This villa was more than we had hoped for ! Great location beautiful grounds clean and well looked after rooms . We were a party of 16 and had plenty of space. The owner of the property Terita is so welcoming and helpful if we needs anything she would respond .We can’t wait to return

Garden, garden seats, living- and dinning room, beds, rooms, kitchen, pool. It was all perfect! The best of the 4 houses at the Algarve we have stayed in! We were with 10 adults.

We enjoyed the wonderful villa in the hills a lot. It is a quiet area which invites you to relax by the pool and just spend time together with the people you may have not seen in a while. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved to have BBQs. Thank you, Teresa!
