** **BRAND NEW VILLA *** Located in Vance, East Tuscaloosa
While bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens score highly as places for homely touches, this villa has distinct spaces carefully designed for entertaining friends, connecting with family. This was organized in order to help people feel happy, comfortable and relaxed while they stay here. As for safety there are also 5 security camera on the outside.
----This 3 Bedroom W/ 2 Full Bathroom , half bathroom villa has over 1600sq ft. of living space which is a great accommodation for family and friends. Let's not forget it is Immaculate & Full Of Upgrades!
When entering the front door you will need to put in the code of your last for digits of your phone number or your Birth year. You will then be welcomed by OUR WELCOME HOME board on the right . The first door on the left is where the half bathroom is located , following is a second door on your left which is closet but it's kept locked*. The door on the right is a garage which is not accessible at this moment but there is a driveway that would be quite useful.
The Cozy and bright Living Room Is The Heart Of The Home Complete With a sectional couch as well as a open kitchen concept. The kitchen includes a beautiful dining area, a island with a sink as well as a the necessary amenities which includes a Fridge with a water and an ice maker, an electric stove( cook tops). LET's not forget the microwave as well as kitchen appliances * utensils etc*
With 3 Bedrooms ( upstairs) where the Master bedroom has it's own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are across the hall from the other bathroom. The laundry is also upstairs; it consists of washer & dryer , Iron , Ironing Board. There is also a minor sitting Loft area where you can watch some television and enjoy each other's company.
BACKYARD INCLUDES A GRILL & COVER PATIO~ as well as a seating arrangement.
This New villa is located about 1 1/2 miles for the only Mercedes Benz Manufacturing plant in the USA. Nest away between UA Tuscaloosa Downtown 20 minutes away 1-20. West and UAB 35mins away I-20 east and Downtown Birmingham. Lake Lurleen camping and water activities are also near by , literally only minutes away. We spent 4 days at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was wonderful and our host Darryl was very helpful in communications. We were visiting for the Iron Bowl but if a corporate person is visiting the Mercedes Benz plant, this is your place as it is very close to the plant. Great trip! Thanks

This is the second time our family has stayed here. Clean and comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Great host. Friendly neighbors. We appreciate the extra toiletries and starter essentials.It’s in the middle of everything and literally right next to the Mercedes plant. We have family in the area so we visit once a year and as long as this house is available for rent we will stay here. Thank you Darryl for having us.

Overall, this is a great location and house. The house is clean, the neighborhood was pleasant. There are no amenities nearby other than a dollar store and a small (and very good!) Mexican restaurant. Supplies at the house were basic (kitchen tools, etc…), but fine for a couple of nights’ stay. The Keurig had sitting water in it, so it smelled when we arrived, but we just cleaned it out and left it dry when we exited. Iron was the same—had smelly sitting water and a bit of mild growth at the top. It seems like the property may not be rented often enough for these water-filled items to stay fresh unless each guest empties them upon exit.
One other interesting bit—the home security system seems to have a camera working in the living area on a touchscreen wall mount . Who is able to see us while we are in the house? It made me a little uncomfortable, so we just put a piece of paper in front of the camera.
One other strange thing about the property is that the manager waited 7 months after our stay to review our stay. Do they really remember us? Makes me a bit suspicious.
Overall, we had a nice time there. Seven months ago.
