This floor plan offers great space for the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, kitchen and large screened in porch. The master King bedroom is also downstairs with its own bathroom with a walk in shower and two large vanities. Upstairs has a king master with an on-suite bathroom then another 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath and through the breezeway is a perfect kids living room/playroom along with two more bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds and another with two twins with a shared bathroom. Live Oak trail is located in the middle of the island close to all of the great amenities including the maritime market and shops. Come "Sea" Us in our new home on Live Oak Trail!

This house was perfect for our family of 13! It had everything we needed and was a wonderful place to stay!

The house is almost new and we appreciated the quality and excellent layout, including a separate two bedroom area with a playroom for the younger children. Our only suggestion would be there to be a more thorough cleaning before new renters come in. While the floors were broom swept, our feet out got dirty just walking on them. That is easy to fix. We would strongly recommend these accommodations.

We loved this house! Plenty of room for our extended family. Gorgeous new home with everything you could need for a stay at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!
