La bouée Rouge: Landes house with swimming pool - vacations and teleworking

We offer you our comfortable 90 m² house, quietly located in a residential area in the village of Vielle.
Thanks to its large plot of 1200 m², its above-ground wooden swimming pool and its three terraces, one of which is covered, you can enjoy the outdoors in the shade as well as in the sun.

This single storey house is perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It consists of a living room opening onto an American kitchen with direct access to two of the terraces. It also includes three beautiful bedrooms with chest of drawers and wardrobe, two bathrooms with window (showers), a utility room (washing machine, freezer, second fridge, sink, cupboards) and two WCs (one independent).

The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, crockery and cookware, etc.) is complemented by a barbecue and a plancha on the north terrace.

Two terraces are equipped with a table with extension and 6 chairs each. A relaxation lounge is installed on the third terrace located by the pool.

Just 1.5 km away is Lake Leon where you can enjoy a supervised beach, a sailing club, a rental of pedalos, paddles and canoes, a mini-golf course and an equestrian center.

Less than 10 minutes away, by the ocean, you will have access to a beautiful sandy beach with lifeguard surveillance throughout the summer with free shaded parking. There is also a naturist beach nearby.
Don't want to take the car? Many cycle paths will allow you to reach the lake or the beach, to cross the Landes forest or to join the daily market of Léon, rich in local products. A stop of the free shuttle to Saint-Girons beach is also a stone's throw away.

Tennis fan, you will have free access to a tennis court located 50 m from the house. Golf enthusiasts can take the Moliets and Soustons courses, which are around 20 minutes away. In the village of Vielle, you will find a pleasant fitness trail in the middle of the pine forest as well as a skatepark and a boules court.

For your shopping, two supermarkets (Léon and Linxe) are also very close. A bakery is within walking distance.

For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels and household linen will be provided. We will also provide you with, on request, one or two travel cot (s), a high chair, a child's chair and a baby bath.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday (for whole weeks). For an arrival on another day, consult us beforehand.
