About this house rental
Independent home located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk (15 min aprox) to the beach.
The house is comfortable for families, couples, or small groups looking for a practical stay close to the ocean.
From the property, guests can walk to restaurants, small grocery stores, and basic services. To explore the area, we recommend renting bicycles or having a car, especially to visit Punta Uva, Manzanillo, Playa Cocles, and downtown Puerto Viejo.
Pool is shared with other 2 bungalows unless you rent the entire place.

1. Online Check-in:
In order to comply with current security regulations, online check-in through our official channel is required.
Guests may be asked to provide an image of their identification document and/or a selfie.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Every day from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Check-out: 10:00 AM.
3. Consideration for Neighbors:
This property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, guests are kindly asked to be respectful and considerate of the neighbors.
4. Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM every day.
5. Parties and Events:
Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent from the PROPERTY MANAGER.
6. Guest Limit:
Additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Damages and Alterations:
Damages or alterations to the property are not permitted. In the event this occurs, a report will be submitted to the corresponding authorities and the full security deposit will be retained.
8. Pets:
Pets are allowed ONLY with prior authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER. Additional rules may apply if pets are brought.
9. Pool and Garden Use:
Urinating in the pool or gardens is strictly prohibited, and no fires are allowed on the property.
10. Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for safeguarding the property and all items within it.
11. Property Security:
The house must always be locked when leavingfor the beach, dining out, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety:
Guests must turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill when they are not in use.
13. Substance Use:
The use of narcotics or any substances that alter normal bodily, mental, or behavioral functions is strictly prohibited.
If this occurs, the PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the reservation and require the guest to leave the property immediately.
14. Keys:
When guests are not inside the house, the keys must always remain in the guest lockbox, with the code hidden.
In case of lost keys, a $150 fee will be charged for lock replacement.
15. Additional Services:
All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours, private chef services, etc.) must be paid at the time the service is requested.
16. Noise Restrictions:
Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, according to residential noise regulations in Costa Rica.
For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or having conversations that exceed this limit is not allowed.

Review:This place was absolutely beautiful—like staying in the middle of the jungle, but with every comfort you could ask for. The eco-friendly design made it feel special and peaceful. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The pool was pristine and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. We loved having access to bikes (rentals), they were in great condition and added a fun and convenient way to get around. Highly recommend this peaceful escape!

This villa is exactly as depicted. It is a short walk and drive to restaurants and beaches, but secluded enough to offer a quiet refuge after a day at the beach or exploring. We enjoyed coming home to a refreshing swim in the pool, and the kitchen offered plenty of counter space for in-home cooking. We woke every morning to the sounds of parrots and howler monkeys. Zinny was a great host, immediately answering any and all questions. She also recommended favorite local restaurants which we enjoyed. If I can make a memorable recommendation - book an insiders tour at the Sloth Rehabilitation Center. It was an unforgettable experience and a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back.

Very spacious, modern, and clean. Great comfortable king size beds, Great water pressure and warm showers. Beautiful lay out inside and outside. Excellent host. The only small glitch was VRBO map sent us to the wrong location. Thanks for a fantastic place. We loved it! PURA VIDA!!!
