This is a very special cabin (by famed architect Ostrow). It is perfect for families, several couples and honeymooners . We do everything to help make your vacation perfect so that you want to come back and stay with us again.
Some of the notable amenities:
* private deck overlooking magnificent view and under the stars at night.
* Two story condo that has over 1600 sq feet. (most homes are under 1000 feet)
* Three full bedrooms with new queen mattresses, high thread count bedding, four pillows on each bed and views from each bedroom! Two bedrooms have private balconies with chairs.
* Three bedrooms all have dressers and closets.
* Clean, thick robes provided for each bedroom.
* Luxury from top to bottom!
* Located high up in the pines with stunning views and the BEST sunrises you have seen.
* Two full bathrooms with high end soft white towels.
* Indoor 1-4 person spa tub.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, granite counters, new appliances, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and everything you need to cook.
* Large dining table that accommodates 6 people for meals or games.
* Full size washer and dryer for your use. Large laundry room perfect for hanging wet clothing.

Located just a short walk from the Stagecoach Heavenly Ski Lift (5 min walk) and the world famous Rim Trail (best mountain biking and hiking in the area!) and 6 minutes from the casinos and center of Lake Tahoe Village. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the home so no need to drive anywhere. Either walk to the lift and the trails or take a shuttle to the casinos. It is the Perfect location....close to the action but lots of privacy and quiet.
** Local Tip: Our condo is located on the less crowed side of Heavenly...no long lines or crowds to deal with.
** Located just a few miles from casinos, shops, restaurants, etc.
** Just a few blocks walk to the popular Fox and Hound Restaurant which serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner.
** Because of the incredible views from this location (and it being Tahoe), there are a lot of stairs up to this residence--therefore, I would not recommend this property for anyone that needs wheel chair access or are physically challenged or not fit.

Jane, our host, is very responsive and helpful. So important, I think. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for the four of us. Three nice size bedrooms with queen beds. Two down and one on the main floor with the kitchen and family room with dinner table. The kitchen was small for more than one really, but we managed fine. More was provided than we thought. A Mr. Coffee maker, Microwave and blender along with the normal fridge and stove. There was enough coffee to start off with and sugar or sweetener and coffeemate. We each had a day in the most comfortable swivel chair and the couch was just as comfortable. We like the area we were in. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises with our coffee from the deck off the livingroom. Each day I walked up and down the mountain and got lovely pictures of the lake from the other side of the mountain. The stairs up to the condo were a lot as we were told. It gave us a nice workout! My sister and I ate at breakfast at the Fox and Hound just a half mile down the road. It was delicious. I wish we had kept an evening open for dinner.

Quaint rustic condo close to South Tahoe but up in the mountains and away from the in town madness. We came for a concert at Caesars outdoor amphitheater and this was perfect for us. There are steps but they are not steep.

to summarize would be that the description of the property is not true as advertised . It says ski in ski out but you just wouldn't . Over 50 stairs to the unit . Im glad I didn't have any elderly friends with me , it's a pain . The community hot tub is maybe 100 degrees , small , jets are bubbles . WiFi would have been nice but not happening . It's a nice comfortable place but quite a bit overpriced . There are big holes in the siding and wires hanging down the wall . We're contractors so we hate to see places that are in disrepair yet command a premium price . I wouldn't stay again for the money .
