This is a very special cabin (by famed architect Ostrow). It is perfect for families, several couples and honeymooners . We do everything to help make your vacation perfect so that you want to come back and stay with us again.
Some of the notable amenities:
* private deck overlooking magnificent view and under the stars at night.
* Two story condo that has over 1600 sq feet. (most homes are under 1000 feet)
* Three full bedrooms with new queen mattresses, high thread count bedding, four pillows on each bed and views from each bedroom! Two bedrooms have private balconies with chairs.
* Three bedrooms all have dressers and closets.
* Clean, thick robes provided for each bedroom.
* Luxury from top to bottom!
* Located high up in the pines with stunning views and the BEST sunrises you have seen.
* Two full bathrooms with high end soft white towels.
* Indoor 1-4 person spa tub.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, granite counters, new appliances, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and everything you need to cook.
* Large dining table that accommodates 6 people for meals or games.
* Full size washer and dryer for your use. Large laundry room perfect for hanging wet clothing.

Located just a short walk from the Stagecoach Heavenly Ski Lift (5 min walk) and the world famous Rim Trail (best mountain biking and hiking in the area!) and 6 minutes from the casinos and center of Lake Tahoe Village. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the home so no need to drive anywhere. Either walk to the lift and the trails or take a shuttle to the casinos. It is the Perfect location....close to the action but lots of privacy and quiet.
** Local Tip: Our condo is located on the less crowed side of Heavenly...no long lines or crowds to deal with.
** Located just a few miles from casinos, shops, restaurants, etc.
** Just a few blocks walk to the popular Fox and Hound Restaurant which serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner.
** Because of the incredible views from this location (and it being Tahoe), there are a lot of stairs up to this residence--therefore, I would not recommend this property for anyone that needs wheel chair access or are physically challenged or not fit.

We stayed at this property in mid-July of 2026. Great place to stay! House pictures and descriptions are very accurate.The host is great. Very timely with updates for check-in etc. and quick to answer any questions.Location: About 1 hour drive from the Reno airport. Easy 10 minute drive from the condo to downtown South Tahoe. Fox & the Hound restaurant within walking distance. Ubers/Lyfts can be tough to get, but the Lake Link shuttle/app will cover this area starting July 15, 2026. The Safeway store is about 10/12 minutes away.House Temp: No A/C, No problem. While we were there is was almost record high temps and we were very comfortable in the house.Kitchen: Had plenty of plates and utensils for what we needed. We had breakfast there everyday and multiple dinners. The fridge does have an ice machine.Beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, living room has very comfortable couches and chair. And there is a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy.There are many things to do in the area in summer. We did hiking, tubing the Truckee, the American Century Classic golf tournament and the beach while we were there.

Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!

We were disappointed with this unit. The pictures do not represent the age of this place. It has old shag carpet on the stairs and downstairs area. The TV downstairs and the electric fireplace in the bedroom did not work and had an extension cord precariously positioned. The most disappointing feature was the pool. There wasn't one. We were told it was suppose to be open but actually it was in the beginning stages of being constructed along with the facilities. Jane was easy to deal with but the description of this place was totally misrepresented. The only access is stairs which was mentioned in description but not the amount. To get to the unit is 65 steps and that is before you get to the unit. Finally, at the very least this place needs a thorough cleaning. Big disappointment!
