This pretty holiday villa located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera ensures the privacy and quietness needed to make the most of your well-deserved holidays. Its three comfortable bedrooms are all provided with spacious built-in wardrobe, as well as cosy beds where a relaxing experience awaits you. One bedroom has one double bed, whereas the other three bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two roomy bathrooms at the guests’ disposal, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. This way, this villa provides the highest comfort to all the people staying here. The living area is distributed in two living rooms and a completely equipped independent kitchen. The biggest living room features a brick fireplace and a dining area, too, while the smallest one has comfortable sofas that you can make good use of during the chilly winter afternoons. Heating is provided via portable radiators.
The gorgeous outdoor area’s beauty is enhanced by the well-maintained huge lawn, which welcomes a private pool. Poolside sun loungers provide the perfect spot to enjoy a well-deserved injection of vitamin D, whereas the covered pergola is the best place to make the most of mouth-watering meals, cooked on the nearby barbeque. You can also enjoy your breakfast in the covered porch, where a dining area is located. Lastly, as the whole property is fenced, your pet can enjoy the villa as much as you do, in complete safety.

Casa bien situada, con un jardín y una piscina espectacular. La casa es de una sola planta, bien equipada. Camas cómodas y espacios agradables. La propietaria muy amable.
A pocos minutos hay un supermercado y también el pueblo de Conil donde se puede encontrar de todo.
Hemos disfrutado de la estancia en Conil y nos ha sido muy útil como punto de partida para recorrer la Costa de la Luz y parte de los pueblos blancos de la provincia.
En resumen, que hemos estado muy bien ;)

Estancia muy agradable. El trato con Pepe fue muy cordial. Se pasó por la
casa en varias ocasiones para limpiar la piscina y revisar que no nos faltase
de nada. La zona de la piscina esta cuidada al detalle y tiene una explanada de cesped bastante amplia. La casa dispone de wifi, smarttv y todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios para pasar una gran estancia.
Por poner un “pero”, durante nuestra estancia y debido al entorno natural en el que se encuentra la casa, habia muchos gallos que empezaban a cantar de madrugada y esto ha hecho un poco mas complicado descansar. Sin embargo no nos ha supuesto mayor problema.

Han sido unas vacaciones increibles, la casa está genial,es perfecta para que disfruten tanto niños como adultos de su increíble piscina . Es amplia y muy limpia. Recomendable totalmente. Ya estamos deseando volver.

Really enjoyed the villa, beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing. We took a couple of Yorkshire Terriers and they had a blast!
