Villa with private pool, quiet, close to beaches, in Sainte Anne

Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe.

Excellent stay! As we arrived late our friendly host Eric met us by the main road to guide us to his residential community. This was a very nice house with a built in swimming pool near a very pretty town on the coast. All the supplies we needed were available for cooking as well as plenty of towels for the six of us. Sitting by the pool in the late afternoon after sightseeing was a great way to cap off our day!

Eric’s house is the perfect location to explore, enjoy nearby beaches, and sample the restaurants and villages of Sainte Anne and Sainte Francois. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and with a full kitchen and lovely private pool which is quite a luxury. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms does come in handy on warm evenings. Eric was there to greet me when I arrived in the evening and was gracious to show me the village of Sainte Anne and acquaint me with the neighborhood. When I had questions, he was always available by phone. A fabulous host and I highly recommend his house.

Eric met us at the property late at night to accommodate our flight time, and was most helpful always in getting us oriented to the island and the house and in responding to any questions. The house and pool are very private, spacious and in a really good location to discover Grande Terre. It is especially well situated to access the Plage at Bois Jolan, a few minutes away, which is one of our favorite beaches in Guadeloupe, undeveloped, with lots of vegetation for shade, and beautiful shallow water. Thanks to Eric for a great week.
