About this apartment rental
Welcome to C4 your home away from home. This comfortable, spacious, 1 bedroom, 2 bath, condo, with beach/east ocean, panoramic views, is just 50 steps from Sapphire beach, one of the loveliest beaches in the Caribbean. You can relax on the beach in a lounge chair under one of its many grape trees or have a day of water activity in our gorgeous turquoise ocean. Enjoy a beverage or lunch at the beachside bar or rent water sports equipment for a day of fun in the sun. You can also take advantage of our lovely salt water pool, with lots of lounges/tables/umbrellas or play a game of tennis on our newly resurfaced tennis courts, with advantage lights 😉. Your a five minute taxi/safari ride to St John's ferry, and shopping, restaurants, grocery store and night life, in the infamous Red Hook location just minutes away! So come on down to our plush oasis in paradise @ CC, we'd love to have!

Photos are accurate for this 1 bedroom condo. Many positives - plenty of hot water, beach towels, coffee maker filters, kitchen spices, and dishes. Both the location and parking were great. Nice to have keyless entry also. We brought our own laundry soap to use the convenient washer & dryer.Candy, the owner, was very responsive with her communications before our stay, and later when she had the abilities from her vacation.Some challenges with this condo - The A/C is set at 80 degrees no matter what. Made for many hot nights. Bring eye shades because the parking lot lights shine VERY brightly into the bedroom windows. The bedroom window metal blinds are in very poor shape and they don't work. Wear ear plugs for the roosters that start crowing before sun-up. The main TV is very challenging to switch over to the cable box for the 2 times we wanted to watch NFL. The water pressure in the primary bathroom shower wasn't fixed until our last day of our stay.
