Overall, this condo has a great location and gorgeous view of pool and mountains. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated many good night's sleeps because the bed was so comfy. The kitchen has newer appliances, however it could use a bit of a renovation to include newer cabinets, countertop and sink. The bathroom is also quite functional, but again, it could use a bathroom update too. I hope we don't come across as picky, because all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much, Grady and Mel!

This condo was perfect for us for our month in Palm Springs. It was stylishly decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, including very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The deck had a beautiful mountain view and the property was perfect, with tennis courts, pool and hot tub steps away.
Grady was an excellent host. He met us at check-in, and took us through the condo making sure everything was working properly and responded quickly to any questions we had.
We highly recommend this condo and definitely plan to return.
