About this cottage rental
Our Studio guesthouse is nestled in a peaceful oasis with mature landscaping & a beautiful pool. The space was fully remodeled and newly furnished in 2014. Central location: less than 5 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Sky Harbor Airport & more.
For two decades the Studio was the creative space of the Wrightsian architect who designed and built our beautiful, unique property. In January 2014 we converted his architectural studio to a luxurious living space by adding a full bathroom and kitchen, modern day amenities and new furniture.

This is an absolute oasis. The garden and greenery is beautiful, creating a very private space. Unfortunately the hosts were out of town during our stay, but the instructions given to access the area and enter the guest house were very detailed creating a very easy check in process. Very beautiful guest space with everything you need, full kitchen, laundry. It was a very comfortable space, and the hosts checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool was great, and refreshing. Our favorite time to swim was in the evening because the outdoor lights created a very nice ambiance. It was a great location, we were in Phoenix for and MLB game and it was close to Chase Field and to the golf course. We 100% would stay here again!

The apartment was clean and there were many amenities. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful.

Great place. Worked really well for the two of us. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the pool outside. We sat out there a couple of times between our other events in Phoenix/Scottsdale.
