About this villa rental
This lovely split-level villa has a sunny south-facing veranda with terrific sea views and a private pool.
The entrance is at pool level with an attractive hallway off which are the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Stairs from the hall lead up to the living area which comprises kitchen, guest bathroom and the spacious living area. Doors from the lounge and the dining area open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool which has sea views to die for! The veranda has a table and chairs which offers the option to wine and dine while enjoying the sea views. The recently redecorated and refurbished living area has contemporary white furnishings with strong turquoise accents, and the dining table has seating up to 6 persons. A door from the dining area leads to the sleek, streamlined new kitchen, which is very well equipped with appliances, pots & pans, crockery and cooking aids. Glass doors from the kitchen open onto a paved back patio with a patio dining set and BBQ. From the kitchen patio there are steps down to the pool area.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and an up-graded en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and is located beside the main bathroom which has shower and toilet. Both bedrooms open onto the sunny pool area.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and there is ample parking in front of the semi-detached villa.
With its private pool and quiet location, close to all amenities and the beach, this is the perfect place for a really memorable family holiday, or as a romantic treat for two!

We absolutely loved the Villa, the pool and the beautiful view from the upstairs balcony. So much space both inside and outside and the Villa had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Particularly liked the addition of fly screens on the patio doors which allowed fresh air in but no bugs! About a 15 minute walk down hill to the main restaurants and beach. A very relaxing holiday home which we definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Villa, the property is clean, spacious, well decorated and well equipped for all our needs. The location was perfect for us, far enough away that we could enjoy the peace and quiet but not too far to easily walk to the promenade and beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were sorry to heave to leave.

Beautifully decorated, spacious… every need considered (just bring your nespresso coffee capsules if you will get in late). Finally a place with enough towels, blankets and space for everything. The place is perfectly maintained. The pool was a joy both and the beginning and end of each day. The walk to the village and the beach and all restaurants is easy. But the neighbourhood is quiet. And Lagos is close by for more of a city atmosphere/shopping. So many beaches and «must see» sites accessible and a short drive away. I am already looking for an opportunity to come back with others. I couldn’t take enough pictures of the view from upstairs. Thank you.
