Holiday villa located in Antequera – La Joya, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
Located in a tranquil setting, surrounded by nothing but olive yards, within a few kilometres from the spectacular Torcal de Antequera, this three-bedroom villa offers all the comforts for you to spend the most relaxing holidays.
The master bedroom features a double bed and a useful en-suite with a bathtub; there’s another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators. The second bathroom, which is also the main, is provided with a fantastic whirlpool bathtub, from which it will be hard to get out after a day spent wandering in the villa’s surroundings. The living area is composed of a dining-living room with a big fireplace, sofas where to take a power nap, and a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. These two areas are separated by a brick bar.
From the kitchen, you can access the outdoors, where you will first find a pergola with an outdoor dining area. This gravelled patio also features a brick barbeque that will let you prepare the most mouth-watering grilled meat to surprise your family. The other part of the outdoor area is occupied by a fabulous private pool with views of the surrounding hills. There are poolside sun loungers and parasols to welcome the five members of the family that will spend their holidays here. An outdoor shower and a perfectly maintained garden are the ultimate details of this holiday villa near Antequera.
The access to the house is made possible by a 300 mt-long paved lane.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar. Naturaleza, tranquilidad, y paz.
Todo acondicionado a la perfección, una chimenea con su leña, para las noches de frío, y las habitaciones y el resto de la casa, muy bien acondicionada.
La barbacoa, el cenador, la piscina.... todo perfecto.

Everything was Great! The Villa was excellent. The Pool was fine.
We enjoyed every afternoon the barbecue. Great panoramic view from the pool.
The owner of the Villa was very friendly and taking over the villa and handing it over on departure was uncomplicated.
