There is a balcony with seating area where you can enjoy your first morning coffee or breakfast watching beautiful sunrise. Whole property is designed for complete enjoyment and hedonism and is also fully covered with air condition so you can cool off on hot summer days. This villa is located on the first floor of the building. Owners live on the ground floor of the duplex style property. You have whole garden and pool area completely for yourself and we guarantee a complete privacy. There is a children´s playground with slide and swingset for the youngest guests and volleyball court suitable for guest of all age groups. Extra large swimming pool is surrounded with modern sun loungers and Mediterranean trees and herbs.
