About this house rental
Welcome to our charming 1920s two bedroom and one bath cottage. This cozy and well-maintained space offers a unique glimpse into the past while providing all the modern comforts you need for a comfortable stay. A king, queen and pullout queen beds give you plenty of space for rest. Off street parking for up to three vehicles and a privacy fenced back yard. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our 1920s two bedroom and one bath cottage is a comfortable and nostalgic retreat.
The space
The home has a large living room, full kitchen and two bedrooms. There is a game room in-between the two bedrooms with a tv and lots of games. There is a deck out back with a bbq grill. We will be adding outdoor furniture and having the brick firepit redone for spring.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home and backyard! We have locked access to the attic door and a door in the mud room that is a storage area with utilities.
Other things to note
We have a guest book with a lot of the details on what is in the home and how it works. It is located in the kitchen next to the microwave. The home was built in the 1920's. We have done a lot of renovation with added upgrades including new windows, siding, roof, flooring, updated bathroom, and refinishing the original kitchen cabinets with new granite countertops. The home has settled over time so there are some unlevelled floors that have been stabilized. We also tried to keep as much of the original trim as we could in the home. We loved doing the work and hope your enjoy this home!

What a great little house! Everything was considered and it has so many extras! Places to sleep, places to play, places to hang out etc. I’ve stayed in many rentals in the past and never has anyone had so many extras. From the snacks in the kitchen, to the extra toothbrushes, tampons and toiletries. Books and games to borrow and use, even a dog dish and pooper scooper. Ample parking in the back, we felt safe. Unit was super clean! You can tell they take pride in this rental! Communication with the host was perfect. We were able to check in a little early, I was given the key code and no issues. They had a book with recommendations for restaurants and other places in the area. 10/10 hosts! I plan on staying here again when I visit the Warrensburg area!

This property was amazing! We had a great time. The beds and pillows were super comfy. There were many amenities such as snacks and toiletries. Lots of games to entertain as well.

It was very quiet, we could bring our little dogs, and was within walking distant to the university. Everything we needed!
