About this villa rental
Villa located in Conil de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.
This fabulous villa is provided with absolutely every comfort you need during your stay. The rustic decoration, reflected in the stone walls and the wooden beam ceilings, makes you enjoy an authentic atmosphere, which you can only find in Andalucia. The villa is provided with three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The living area is a truly spectacular one. In fact, the six guests of the house can comfortably enjoy their spare time while chatting and enjoying savoury dishes. The dining-living room is provided with a stove, and it leads off into the completely equipped independent kitchen. The heating is provided by radiators.
The outdoor area is as mesmerising as the indoor. In effect, this fenced property welcomes a fantastic garden. Once you step a foot outside, you will be impressed by the enormous, L-shaped private pool. Here is where you will spend the most of your time, no doubt about that! The outdoor equipment is completed by sun loungers and parasols, alongside an outdoor dining area on the porch.
The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und groß! Alles sehr sauber, komfortabel und gepflegt. Der Pool ist zweifellos das Plus eines wundervollen Aufenthalts. Wenn wir nach Conil zurückkehren, wird dies unsere einzige Unterkunftsmöglichkeit sein.

Super Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool!
Anhand der Fotos hätten wir alles kleiner erwartet, daher waren wir positiv überrascht. Würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Unser Aufenthalt war exzellent! Zu Beginn mussten wir leider eine Weile auf die Eigentümerin warten, die übrigens nur spanisch spricht (also es ist immer gut wenn man spanisch versteht und spricht!), dann lief der Check-In aber zügig und einfach ab. Auf Fragen antworteten Ruralidays und Eigentümerin immer schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus war wunderschön, sauber und gepflegt und der Garten mit Pool, Grill und vielen Gartenmöbeln war ein Traum. Innen ist es etwas dunkel aber es gibt genügend Deckenlampen. Die Matratzen sind recht hart (manche mögen das, manche nicht). Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und die Küche ist speziell ausgestattet: Es gibt zwar eine Orangenpresse, aber keinen Kochlöffel und wenig Schneidemesser. Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit 2 Autos in der Einfahrt parken - es ist also sehr viel Platz. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber ein Carrefour ist in der Nähe. Waschmaschine und Wäscheleine waren auch vorhanden. Alles super!

The villa was well equipped and very clean. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area with great beaches only 10-15 mins away. The outdoor area and pool were lovely and we spent most of our time out there. The owner Pepi made the check in and out very easy. Perfect holiday retreat.
