About this villa rental

Charming country house situated on a fenced plot of approximately 3000 m2. It is located 1 km from the village of La Higuera in Antequera, where you will find shops for essential supplies.

The house features a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds and a third with two single beds. A bathroom with a whirlpool tub and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. Heating is provided by electric radiators and air conditioning. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, cot, etc.

The house also has a washing machine, barbecue, terrace, and parking at the entrance to the property. Highlights include the extensive lawn and the large swimming pool with a lap pool. Es un alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días rejado y con privacidad. Tomás el propietario es una persona encantadora, muy amable. Recomiendo este alojamiento para descontar y disfrutar en familia, hacer barbacoas, cerca en el pueblo hay buenas carnicerías.

Excellent, propriétaire très à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue, discret et respectueux de la vie privée. Il ne nous a pas pris de caution pour la durée du séjour. La maison est parfaite, elle correspond à l'annonce et à nos attentes
