About this villa rental
Holiday home located near Nerja, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Situated in the hills surrounding the beautiful white village of Nerja and the splendid cliffs of Maro, this rural house ensures a truly relaxing stay for up to five people. The whole family can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, waking up to the birds singing and the sunlight filling the rooms.
This house features a rustic-style living area, where you will find everything you need to spend your vacation as you prefer. The comfortable sofas, positioned in front of the fireplace, allow you to relax and watch television. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy around the dining table.
The rest of the house consists of three bedrooms: two of them have a double bed each, while in the third bedroom, there is a single bed available. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout of the house. If you need a crib, the owner will place it in the living room, as the bedrooms do not have enough space to accommodate a crib in one of them.
The entire house is equipped with cold/hot air conditioning.
In the outdoor area, you'll find the most welcoming spots, ideal for enjoying the sun and falling in love with the views of the hills surrounding the house. First, there is a lovely porch available with an outdoor dining area, next to which are a brick barbecue and a wood-fired oven for you to test your skills as a chef. Then, enjoy the private pool and take a dip in its cool waters; furthermore, the sun loungers surrounding it will allow you to achieve that tan you desire. A smaller table is located here, for you to have a drink by the pool. Finally, the garden and colorful flowers add a special charm, creating the perfect nook for you to fall asleep, accompanied by the sound of the breeze rustling through the leaves of the trees.

Am Haus gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, Toilettenpapier darf man nicht spülen und der Strom kann ausfallen. Allerdings haben Sie mit Ihrem Telefon keinen Empfang und können im Notfall niemanden erreichen. Es gibt WLAN. Von der Hauptstraße bis zur Hütte dauert es etwa 8 Minuten, um 2,5 Kilometer zurückzulegen. Auf einer asphaltierten kurvenreichen Straße und etwa 150 Metern unbefestigter Straße ohne Beleuchtung. Außerdem müssen Sie alles selbst mit ins Haus nehmen. Vom Öl bis zum Salz und vom Waschmittel bis zum Müllbeutel. Ich war in vielen Villen und die Vormieter haben alles Mögliche zurückgelassen, was ich auch tue, und es ist genug für den neuen Mieter übrig. Ich denke, sie räumen hier alles auf.

La propriété, maison et aménagement des alentours, permet des vacances reposantes dans le calme, tout en restant proche des commodités de la côte et de visites très riches (Grenade par exemple, Cordoue, même si un peu loin) comme de sites moins connus (les villages et les montagnes de l'arrière-pays). La maison est confortable et bien pourvue en matériel, sauf pour les chambres et la salle de bains, fort petites. Beaucoup d'espace agréable à l'extérieur (piscine, terrasse, petite pelouse, fleurs à profusion, arbres fruitiers disponibles selon la saison : un petit éden en automne). Le tout est très bien entretenu. Une voiture est indispensable pour atteindre la villa et en sortir (3 km d'une route sinueuse à partir de la route côtière, puis quelques centaines de mètres d'un étroit chemin d'accès : le "prix" du calme ! Au total, à 10 km du centre de Nerja). Propriétaires disponibles si nécessaire.

Loli et adolfo sont supers. La maison est très confortable.
Le coin est d'un calme magique.
Loli et adolfo sont très réactifs et suite à une fuite d'huile sur notre véhicule ils ont prit le temps de nous rassurer et de nous trouver un mécanicien très rapidement.
Vraiment des vacances inoubliable dans un cadre somptueux. Une maison très confortable et magnifique.
Merci encore pour ces merveilleuses vacances, un réel bonheur pr se ressourcer. Un calme, une tranquillité sans pareil

Desde que llegamos Loli estaba pendiente de que todo estuviese perfecto. La situación de la casa está muy bien si buscas tranquilidad, el estado de la misma es impecable. Tienes de todo en la casa. La piscina es una maravilla y con la iluminación nocturna más increíble todavía
