About this villa rental

Farmhouse located 8 km from the village of Periana in the province of Malaga in Andalusia. Located just between the municipalities of Periana and Alfarnatejo, about 590 meters above sea level.

The house has one bedroom with double bed. The living room and kitchen are in the same space, the bathroom has a shower. Equipped with a fireplace, fan, microwave, WIFI, washing machine, cot on request, etc.

It is located in a farm Cortijo more than three centuries old whose solides obvious. If you stop to contemplate its thick walls confirm their resistance over time, and this is because in its restoration, its owners have respected the constructive wisdom of old.

The Cortijo has six independent apartments, each apartment had a role in the old grain production process and the lives of family members. They can accommodate two people, although some can add an extra bed. We also have a living room with fireplace, kitchen, terrace or porch overlooking depending on their orientation to Cerros, other villages of the Axarquia or swamp Viñuela.

The pool with sun loungers around, and its large lawn, they give you great views of the Sierra de Enmedio, Tajos de Gomer, Doña Ana and Cerro Alcolea. The parking has capacity for cars of all guests, access to parking is concreting.

Periana territory passes a rugged terrain north to go softening on its way to the south. Coexist peaks over a thousand meters as La Torca, El of Umbria and the Puerto del Sol in the Sierra de Alhama and Enmedio, cliffs that fall to the Guaro river and much softer parts up to the dam Viñuela. also they pass Seco, Vilo and Sabar river. The town of Periana is about 38 minutes from the beach of Torre del Mar, 52 from Malaga airport and the center of Malaga. A 49 km is Nerja, 142 km Ronda, Antequera to 58 and 213 km Sierra Nevada. A 212 km is the city of Seville, Granada 97, 258 of Cádiz and Córdoba to 165.

Periana belongs to the Axarquía. The Axarquia borders the province of Granada, as the name suggests is located east of the City of Malaga. It combines warm coastal area stretching from Rincón de la Victoria to Nerja, with a mountain range that reaches Sierra Nevada. Beyond Nerja the mountain meets the coast in the Natural Park of the Cliffs of Maro - Cerro Gordo. Further inland the Natural Park of Sierra de Alhama, Tejada and Almijara. They will cross several rivers in the Andalusian Mediterranean basin. In this area is the Pico de la Maroma, which is the highest point of Malaga, the beautiful caves of Nerja, the beaches of Nerja and Maro and the reservoir of Viñuela. Its history and culture have been preserved in their white villages of Moorish origin.

You can follow the tourist routes Wine, Route of Sun and Avocado, the Mudéjar Route, Route of the Raisin and the Route of Oil and Mountains.

In the Axarquía can go hiking, trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding, canyoning, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, etc.

Als je van een uitzicht over de bergen houdt en geniet van de rust, dan is het een perfecte locatie! Het geluid van de vogeltjes, heerlijk zwembad, Spaans ingerichte schone huisje. De groenteboer komt aan huis en er zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen. Erg goede prijskwaliteit verhouding!
