About this house rental
CASA RAFFI is a charming house for six people, about 90 square meters in size, with a view of the sea, and just a short distance from Positano’s Spiaggia Grande beach. From Casa Raffi, you will admire a beautiful view of both Positano and the sea. The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a large private terrace with sea view.
Positano is a little gem in the Mediterranean, renowned for its beautiful landscape, gastronomy, splendid beaches (some of which are secluded and romantic), and for the local hospitality towards tourists. Positano is also the center of the Amalfi Coast’s high-life. You will find several bars and jazz clubs where you can listen to live music, a renowned discotheque where they party late into the night, often with a guest DJ set and great drinks.
You will be in a pedestrian zone, a short walk from restaurants, Spiaggia Grande beach, and from the tourist port. You will find the local bus stop about 400 m away.
You won’t need a car to stay at Casa Raffi, but if you do arrive by car you will be able to park by paying at a private car park in the center.
You then get to Casa Raffi by walking along a pedestrianized public street.
THE TERRACE is about 50 m2 and is partly shaded by a pergola. It’s furnished with a table, chairs, and a lounger, and from here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beach and the sea. Access to the terrace is from either the living room or the third bedroom.
THE LIVING ROOM has been furnished in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast. Here you will find a dining table for six people, a television, and an armchair. The room is also equipped with air conditioning / heating. From the living room you will have access through the French windows to the terrace with sea view.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with four gas hobs, an electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and other small appliances. From the kitchen you will be able to admire a beautiful view of the sea. You reach the kitchen from the living room.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH BATHROOM is furnished with two single beds and air conditioning / heating. Adjoined there is a bathroom fitted with sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning / heating. You reach the bedroom from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning / heating. From the bedroom you will be able to access the terrace through the French windows. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with sink, toilet, shower, hairdryer, and bidet. The bathroom also has a window with a view of the sea. You reach the bathroom from the corridor.
Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 1.50 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60.00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
- Security deposit: € 200.00. The security deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

The location was excellent, the accommodations were very good. I only had two issues one was they added a cleaning service which should’ve included in the initial bill. It’s not something I should’ve had to deal with as I arrive for my vacation. Second issue was the Internet service. It was lousy. It was so bad as I was trying to pay the bill. My card got flagged for being used too many times because the Internet kept dropping me and I had to use a different card for the rest of my vacation. We ended up using the cellular connection most of the time.Other than that we loved the views the location everything else about it was awesome. We needed extra towels and they brought them right away.
