- All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
- Washer and dryer are available, and detergent is provided.
Entertainment:
- All TVs are Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming channels.
Garbage Disposal:
- Please follow the designated procedures for garbage disposal during your stay.
Parties & Events
- Parties, receptions, or events are not allowed. Local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. This rule is strictly enforced and violations may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees.
Parking:
- Valet parking in the building is available for $75 per night (no weekly or monthly rates).
- Nearby public parking options include:

The penthouse unit was extremely nice and well priced. The unit was clean with awesome views of the water. Also, the building is in a great location and has good restaurants/amenities available. Host had good communication - I would stay at their VRBO again! Thank you for a great weekend & stay!

Everything was great. Exactly as pictured. No hidden fees. The view was amazing! Resort fee required as mentioned in description. Parking fee was 30-40 a day. I didn't use the pool or gym but the neighborhood is very nice. We walked to a local restaurant named Earls for brunch it was about 4 mins away. It was delicious! 10/10 overral for this unit!

It was a great stay! Our host was very accommodating, unit was comfortable and clean. It is in a very good central area and easy to get around. We loved the gym too!
