Welcome to Greyhawk in beautiful Park City/Deer Valley, home to world-class skiing, dining and shopping. Located 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, Park City features two fabulous ski resorts: Deer Valley Resort, ranked as one of North America`s top skiing destinations and Park City Mountain Resort which is now the largest Ski and Snowboard Resort in the United States.
After a day of skiing or snowboarding, come home to enjoy your warm, inviting 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath retreat. Relax in the brand new private hot-tub on the patio. Prepare a nice dinner in the large, open and well-stocked kitchen. Also there is a Weber Gas BBQ on the deck. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire or just relax with family and friends. The living room features a large flat-screen TV (55`) over the gas fireplace. There is also a Sonos sound system for playing your favorite music.
This home is a great space for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. The town-home is located towards the back of the complex so it is nice and quiet with almost no street noise.
The master suite occupies the third floor, with a King bed, flat-screen TV and large walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom features granite counter-tops, updated fixtures, a glass-door shower and a whirlpool soaking tub. There is also a love seat that folds out to a single bed in the closet if needed. Two bedrooms on the lower level each have their own bath. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and an attached bath and the other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a bath down the hall. All bedrooms are located away from the main living space, making this a perfect place for families or groups. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath are located on the main level.

Deer Valley resort is just a two-minute drive or Shuttle bus ride, and Park City Mountain Resort is less than 10 minutes away.

This condo was fantastic for our family of 4 skiing at Deer Valley. The bus stop is literally right outside (though be aware to get to Deer Valley, you need to cross a pretty busy street to get to the bus stop). The kitchen was super well stocked with lots of cooking supplies, spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. The laundry worked great and was stocked with detergent. The bedding was comfortable and cozy blankets were provided for the couches. The only downside was not having great storage for the skis and equipment. We made it work but the foyer/mudroom area is quite long and narrow so was cramped with 4 pairs of skis, boots, poles and there was not a great place to sit and put boots on. Overall I would not let that deter me from staying here and I'd return again easily with my family.

This was our 2nd stay for Thanksgiving and we always have so much fun. The place is perfect for a crowd but feels close and intimate.

Good proximity to ski areas including park city and deer valley. Property was very clean and management was very responsive to any issues we had. Good communication
Property has one upstairs bedroom and two downstairs. The downstairs is a little cramped and lacking storage like closet space or a dresser if you are staying more than a couple of day and have luggage/ski clothes. We lived out of our suitcase the whole time with ski clothes hanging anywhere we could find space.
Kitchen is newly remodeled and well stocked with spices, pots, tupperware and lots of utensils.
