modern apartment is located on the first floor of our house with separate entrance via the external staircase, with a balcony here are 4 seats with sun awning available. modern living room area with large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi / WI-Fi available and with additional sleep coach, equipped kitchen as refrigerator and stove with oven, microwave and freezer, bedroom with double bed and a sleeping coach, with integrated bath, separate toilet.

We had a great 2-week stay in this spacious cosy and well-equipped flat.
The balcony provides a charming view of the garden and woods. There are lots of beautiful places to visit in the area. The owner , Eberhard, is the perfect host : extremely nice and helpful , he gave us good advice regarding visits, things to do while being respectul of our privacy. I definitely recommend this place and would happily come to stay there again.
