About this apartment rental
The gîte, housed in former winegrowers' bedrooms, is located at the end of a half-timbered passageway, above the sandstone-paved courtyard.
For a weekend away or a longer family holiday, "La cour au Merle" will give you the warmest of welcomes.
The 70m2 gîte is spread over 2 levels and can accommodate 5 people + a baby.
On the first level :
entrance hall, kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, 5-burner hob + electric oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster), master bedroom with 160 double bed, bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.
Second floor:
television area and 3 beds as follows:
- 2 single beds (90cm) that can be joined or separated,
- 1 double bed in an alcove,
- a wooden cot
A high chair, changing mat and baby bath are also available.
For our younger guests, we have board games and a playhouse in the courtyard.
For older guests, a barbecue is available.
Parking is available in the street (marked on the ground) or in the free village car parks (at the various entrances to the village or in the centre of the village on the old fire station square).
Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for disabled people (stairs).

We loved the location of this property. Quaint town to walk around. It was a cozy home to stay in. You access it through a nice garden courtyard and go up a flight of stairs. Not a lot of places to sit to hang out but it is as listed so we expected that. Very comfortable bed one of the best I’ve stayed in for a rental. The kids twin beds were comfy for them too. The host was exceptional. She was so friendly and helpful. She lives in the home right next to this one (same courtyard). She even made us delicious hazelnut cakes. Parking was right outside or just a short walk around the corner, free. The only downside was the internet it was super slow for us. If 2 people were on it we couldn’t use it to open maps or much. Would highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous 5 days in France staying at this property. Caroline and Jean Francois went above and beyond! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the region. We hope to return someday.

The plants and gardens at this location are magical. Jeff and Caroline were the most wonderful hosts. If you want a magical stay this is your place.
