Apartment/ flat - Scalea

Comfortable apartment with a lovely view and beautiful beach. Though the equipment was not new, we liked it. The only difficulty was absence of pub or caffe in walking distance..

We travelled to the accomadotion from Czech Republic (1700 km) so we were very curious how this appartment and its vicinity will look. We were very well surprised by the organisation of our welcome. The family of the owner is very helpful and friendly and there is every time somebody who is possible to communicate in English what was very important for us. The appartment is very spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a balcony with a very nice view at the bay and on the sunset to the Tyrhenian sea. The equipment of the flat is very nice and in the kitchen you find everything what you need for cooking and well beeing. The accomodation is a part of the closed privat appartment area with gardens with plenty of trees and flovers, which is shady and very pleasent. This area is situated just about the top of the cliff and below this rocks you find privat pebles beach when is possible to swim, ride on the wawes and to spend very good time. The beach you reach by 10 minuts long way. Whole residental area is, despite of the rest of Scalea resort, daily serviced by wastage car. Scalea town is only 5 minuts drive far, where are possibilities for shoping, eating in good restaurants ih the historic center and also to find another beaches, for example near by the delta of the Lao river. The wider vicinity of the Scalea is very nice too. Small historic town Marathea with the 3rd biggest sculpture of the Christ in the world, many small towns on the tops of the hills and whole area of the natural park Polino.
