About this country house rental

Leymonie de Mazieras is a Perigord farmhouse with outbuildings (one of which has two bedrooms for 4 people with wc and shower). Located at the top of the hill, the house backed by a forest has a breathtaking view of the Cremps valley; an awning allows you to take your meals in front of the view. A 6x12 swimming pool is located below.
The house has been restored for 20 years and of course has all the comforts: equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) and household equipment. The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed for two, which can sleep 6 people. In the low season a heat pump heats the house, an insert in the kitchen can make the extra and the living room has a large fireplace!
The outbuilding can be heated with oil bath radiators, a bit chilly probably in the heart of winter. So I prefer to welcome only 6 people from December to March.

Rustic, rural France in a large farmhouse setting with modern showers, appliances etc provided us with just what we had hoped for.Throw in the wonderful views, peaceful, private location and a lovely swimming pool (plus ripe blackberries in the hedgerows!) and we couldn't fail to enjoy ourselves.We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children ages14-10) and the set up of the accommodation suited us well.Thanks Bruce and Beatrice, you must really look forward to your visits here with your family.

Beautiful property. View amazing. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor facilities. Lovely pool, braai and eating area. My only gripe would be that towels are not included. The description says linen included. We even left a towel there and they gave it back to us. But otherwise fabulous

We had a nice stay here. Location is great if you enjoy quiet and Nice view. The wifi didn't work, pingpong table was Broken.

Het vakantiehuis staat boven op een heuvel in een bebost gebied. Elke morgen zagen we de reetjes de weg oversteken en we merkten ook heel wat roofvogels op. Het domein is vrij groot en het is er ook superrustig. Het weggetje dat naar het huis leidt, wordt enkel nog gebruikt door de eigenaars van het huis iets verderop. We hebben die mensen misschien 1 keer gezien. Heel veilig voor onze hond en ook voor kleine kinderen. Het huis is "op z'n Frans", wat voor mij zeker niet negatief is, maar misschien kon het in het bijgebouw wat netter en ook het sanitair was nogal basic. In het begin was het in de keuken wat zoeken naar treffelijke potten en pannen, maar ook dat word je gewoon. Wij kijken met een positief gevoel terug op ons verblijf.
