About this house rental

A 6,100 square feet, 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom waterfront oasis at Sandbridge Beach with 2,000 square feet of extensive wrap-around decking offering breathtaking sunset views, the Atlantic Ocean in sight, and shade options for those who want to curl up with a book or enjoy watching others splash below in the new private pool. Ocean's 20 is a one-of-a-kind vacation destination. A corner lot location offers a straight shot over to the Seascape beach access.
Relaxation and exploration opportunities abound. Do you love water? Gaze out at beautiful views and the tranquil waters of Back Bay all from the dining room table, the large screened porch, and the top level deck overlooking the pool. The ocean is an easy walk for all ages with the ocean just 480 ft from the house. Bring your kayak or paddleboard and set sail with Back Bay access from the canal in the back yard. Enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the swimming pool all day and soak in the hot tub all night. The amazing outdoor living spaces will keep you by the pool every night, with plenty of room! The covered hot tub area overlooks the pool, and the cool beach cabana is a great spot for drinks, meals or just hanging in the shade.
Entertainment can be found at every corner. The top-level screened porch is big enough for the entire family and the views of the bay from this level is incredible. The rec room offers a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, arcade game with 3,000 games, and a 55” Smart TV. The third-floor lounge offers comfortable seating, relaxing décor, and a bar/bistro area to mix your spirits, chill your wine, and brew a cup of Joe. The whole house is serviced with Gigablast Wi-Fi. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Great for large groups as there’s plenty of rooms and beds. Location is nice, the view from the top balcony was great for watching sunsets and it’s a very easy walk to the beach. About a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. There are a couple restaurants walking distance that were open seasonally which was convenient. Would stay here again!

Over all impressions of the property was good. Cleaning could have been a little better. There was trash under beds in a couple of rooms and dead flies on the floor where the zapper was located and in window seals.
