BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo we were in was very clean. We loved the veiw. How ever our lock messed up I contacted the owner and they told me that a work ticket had been put in and maintinace would be by to change it. They never showed to fix the lock so we had to sleep with an unlocked door for 4 days, we stayed 7. We were not comfortable we put our beach cart in front of the door when we went to bed.

In my opion the check in is confusing. I thought the name of place was west 94. 94 was our room. I had to call to know. Also it upon check in you will receive a list of things. I’m happy the security guard was there. She told us to go to our room and get our stuff for parking and instructions. We had no clue. All we knew it was very clear no check in before 4pm. It said that numerous times. All that very clean, a lot of kitchen utensils, and items to fix quality meals with. The beach and pool fantastic. Over all great vacation

Everything with the property was great!Only thing bad was the floors were very dirty, looked like they hadn’t been mopped in some time. Instantly turned your feet black.

Upon arrival we were met with the screen door anchor, which closes the door, pulled from the door frame and just hanging. Upon entry, the smell of mold, which happens to be growing above the door, inside, top left, caught our attention and one of us has terminal lung cancer so mold is NOT good. As we unpacked, the master bedroom closet door was hanging, not secured in runner and we couldn't correct the problem. we couldn't connect to the wi-fi to stream our services, nor would our phones connect as we didn't have a password. Upon contacting property management company, a work order was placed. The maintenance man removed the broken screen door piece but couldn't assist us with wi-fi password. The couches in living room are extremely tired and well used as they are so sunk in; they are very uncomfortable. The building itself could use a refresh and there were often no lights on at night going to pool area or they would come on after it was already dark. The size of the rooms and the rental in general were great. The location was great in relation to the beach and attractions.
