About this villa rental
The villa is located on the south side of the island, on the slope of the Tuoro hill, as if suspended between sea and sky, with an exceptional view of the sea and the whole country. The main house has three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area. In the garden there is a luxury annex with a double bedroom, bathroom and own terrace. The outdoor area includes several furnished terraces, a swimming pool of 4 x 6.50 meters, equipped with sun beds and shower. The rest large park with Mediterranean scrub.
The villa can be reached in 10-12 minutes on foot from the small square of Capri, all flat, up to the gate of the villa, which can therefore also be reached by the island's typical electric trolleys.
The villa can normally accommodate eight people, but it is possible to add beds up to a maximum of four, using two sofas
each with two very comfortable beds.
Swimming pool open from 1st June to 30th September. The opening and closing dates are however flexible according to the time.
If desired, breakfast can be provided, only upon prior request to the owner. Costs: Continental breakfast 15 euros per person per day / American breakfast 25 euros per person per day.

We had a fabulous vacation! The villa suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious for our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor terraces provided amazing views over Caprì where we could enjoy family meals and space for the kids to also enjoy free time. We had some amazing lazy afternoons by the pool and early morning yoga and fitness too. There are a lot of stairs characteristic of all of the Amalfi coast and Capri and part of its charm. Combined with breathtaking views, look outs and accessible to a vast variety of restaurants and easier slopes to balance out the stairs made for a well rounded adventure where you could enjoy eating and experience “la dolce vita” and be able to walk it off. Reda was amazing in helping us figure out the island, troubleshoot logistical details and arrange day trips and shopping. Lastly the professor, Seniore Giuseppe is a most welcoming host of both his villa and the magic of Capri. We look forward to returning.

There are no words to describe how beautiful my experience was in Capri and it had everything to do with my incredible host, Giuseppe Salvia. Giuseppe has been a professor of Latin and Greek and geography on the island of Capri for over three generations. His wisdom and beautiful heart created magic for me and I made a friend that I will have forever. This is the most beautiful villa set on the top of the hill in Capri with an incredible pool that overlooks the roof of the Villa. I have just finished my first year in architecture school and I’ve been traveling for the past month through Europe and it is because of this incredible stay with my amazing host that I was able to make the most out of my time in Capri. We loved our stay. The villa requires some uphill walking to reach but it’s worth the effort.

When we arrived ,Ivan, the housekeeper, helped us to arrange for our bags to be taken to the house and showed us around. Throughout our stay he acted as our concierge. Both Ivan and Professor Salvia were delightful. The villa is beautiful with views you can only dream of. Nesting in the beautiful pine woods with views over the marina piccolo. Yes it's high up but you will work off the sumptuous pasta dishes. The annex was a lovely surprise as well. The pool is much bigger and better than the pictures. Please don't book it all up for next summer as we will be back again. The BEST place we have ever stayed.
