About this house rental
Superbly restyled and refreshed for comfort, Manna Gums is a stunning modern retreat offering sweeping rural views and relaxed country living just moments from the heart of Daylesford.
Designed for entertaining and connection, the property features an eight-person hot tub, expansive alfresco dining area and fully equipped BBQ, creating the perfect setting for long lunches and evenings with friends or family. A fire cauldron positioned beside the neighbouring farmland offers a beautiful place to gather beneath the stars, subject to local fire restrictions.
Inside, the spacious home includes four beautifully styled bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups. Two bedrooms feature king beds, including one with flexible split-king bedding, while the remaining bedrooms offer queen beds. An additional single bed can also be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
Guests can spread out across two separate indoor living areas, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Large windows frame the surrounding countryside while still offering the convenience of being within walking distance to many of Daylesford’s most loved attractions.
Located close to the Farmers Arms Hotel, Daylesford Sunday Market and the historic Convent Gallery, Manna Gums combines peaceful rural charm with easy access to cafés, restaurants and local shopping.
Travelling with a larger group? Companion property Minni Gums sits next door and offers additional accommodation with a king studio, full kitchen, indoor spa and gas log fire.

Always happy with Stayz, easy to book and I was kept well informed, the accommodation was excellent and well kept, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting the country experience.

I stayed here with family and it was the perfect getaway.

Communication was excellent, very responsive.
House had everything you could need and more. Pantry essentials like salt and pepper, glad wrap, afoul, hand soap. Bathroom essentials including toilet spray, which is almost always overlooked.
The hot tub was great, and we spent the afternoons relaxing in it with a sneaky cocktail.
We cooked all of our meals for the four days and we had everything we needed.
I would definitely recommend it for family and friends.

We had a great weekend at manna gums with friends. The accommodation was beautiful and the hot tub was a great touch. We ran out of gas for the bbq and we were impressed at how quickly the owners responded and sorted this.
Would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back to Daylesford!

We could not find the green bin initially and then it appeared the next day with recycled items in it?
