The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.
This 2 BR villa is located in Cumberland Terrace inside Kingston Resort. The living area is in the middle and the 2 Bedrooms are downstairs. The spiral, wrought iron staircase takes you up to the loft with a cozy daybed (considered the 3rd bedroom). Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

This is our 4th time staying at the community and we enjoy it more and more every time. The quietness of the area, close proximity to the beach and entertainment, available amenities of the community, all top notch. Highly recommend any site in this area. You won't be disappointed.

The place was sooo clean.The neighbors where very nice to me. The location couldn’t have been in a better place.
It was 5 minutes away from the outlet and grocery store. 20 minutes away from broadway at the beach and so very very close to EVERYTHING. This is a five star place and I highly recommend this property

Clean condo with plenty of space. Convenient location in Myrtle beach. Short walk to beach but beach was clean and not crowded.
