About this house rental
Newly built non-smoking house in a quiet location in a weekend house development, in 2. Row to the beach. From the floor is partially visible from a window of the North Sea. Approximately 4 minute walk to the beach and about 6 minutes walk to the Ahoy-bath and spa facilities, about 15 minutes walk to the center, about 50m to the bakery! 3 bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x 2 single beds). 1 shower room on the ground floor with windows and 1 shower room on the first floor with windows. Very large, light-filled living area with kitchenette and fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, dining area and flat screen TV. Additional flat screen TV in the master bedroom. HWR with washer and dryer. 2 car parking spaces at the house. For the little ones there is a cot, high chair, wagon and a stair gate on the upper floor. In 2 bedrooms, external blinds are available. In addition, the house has a spacious sun terrace with seating, parasol and barbecue and a lockable tool shed for bicycles and Wi-Fi. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available seasonally.
