On the ground floor are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom that can be a twin or a double, a bunk room, a 3rd bathroom, and a separate additional toilet. On the upper floor there is a spacious open plan living area of over 50m2;, with two separate lounges, with direct access to the garden and a sunny private terrace facing Mont Blanc. Upstairs there is also a third family bathroom with a free standing bath. There is a dining area with seating for 6 - 8 people and large modern well equipped kitchen. There is underfloor heating throughout and the usual amenities like fibre internet, a private garden, and outside parking for one car.

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
