Beautiful apartment, almost new, air conditioned, quiet, the sea view is unique and exceptional.
These are small terraced houses nested with each other descending
towards the sea.
Port Aventura less than 5 minutes by car
parking space, 40m2 terrace, plancha, washing machine and flat screen.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and
the dining room with 3 beds.
The center (supermarket, bar, restaurant, shop) is less than 5 minutes on foot as is the beach.
The residence is equipped with a swimming pool, a ping-pong room and a wooded and maintained garden.

Excellent if you want to be away from it all. Property was smaller than the photos lead you to believe but was fine for 2 adults and 1 child.
Only one restaurant, 1 bar and a small supermarket open when we were there. Has a dolce gusto machine but no kettle so it was boil a pan or have lukewarm tea. No towels or iron provided. The apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the many steps down to it.
We loved it there though due to the view and the size of the balcony. The owner communicated excellently and his representative who met us was very friendly.
