About this house rental
Very nice location and very nice view for this stone house but with modern comfort (WiFi, TV 80cm, underfloor heating, fitted kitchen, many openings)...
- Completely renovated (2011), it is bright, functional and warm,
- Enclosed grounds of 1000 m²,
- 300m from the sea, the GR34 and the pier for the island of Bréhat,
- In a very calm environment,
- Living area of 80 m²,
- Rental for 5 people.
- Charges included (water, electricity, wifi, tourist taxes, except cleaning). Heating is of course included in winter / autumn. Floor heating on the ground floor, individual radiators upstairs.
! The stove / chimney is unfortunately out of service!
Ground floor:
Entrance onto a large living room with its beautiful staircase which separates two spaces: the first with its (equipped) kitchen, its central island and a large farmhouse table. Finally, the second with the living room. 6 openings provide beautiful light throughout the day as well as a view of the garden. Behind the house, a utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs:
The landing with its sea view serves the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
A bedroom of 14m² with double bed of 160 and storage, beautiful sea view.
A second bedroom of 9m² with double bed of 140 and storage, sea view.
A third bedroom of 8m2 with a cot with bars.
And the bathroom with bath, basin and suspended toilet.
Bed linen is provided but not bath towels.
Deposit of 1000 euros returned at the exit after the inventory.

The location of this lovely house is amazing - within walking distance of the Brittany coastal path, beautiful Launay bay and the ferry to Île de Bréhat. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
