The apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. Located a stone's throw from the promenade of Polignano a mare, the ancient village and the center, the house is newly built and furnished, of high quality standards, therefore suitable for customers who pay attention to details.
Located on the first floor, it consists of a large living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and masonry fracassé for grilling; a service bathroom with shower and washing machine; a double bedroom with balcony (with the possibility of adding a cot), a twin / double bedroom with balcony (triple use with the addition of a bed), a bathroom with shower and a closet. All rooms are air conditioned.
There is also the possibility of midweek cleaning, bike rental, for lovers of the countryside excursion through the olive groves and much more ..
N. b. Rates are always referred to 4 people, for each additional person there is a supplement of € 25.00 per night.

Beautiful clean property with a wonderful seaview. It is within walking distance from the historical center where there are several good restaurants and shops. The is a supermarket only a 10 minute walk away. Host was prompt and helpful.

Property built and furnished to a high standard. The only disappointment was the second bedroom which had two single beds rather than a double as implied in the listing. Lovely terrace with sea view. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the town centre. Would stay again.
