MENDY SEA VIEW APARTMENT NEAR SPLIT
Stay close to Split without staying in Split.
Mendy Sea View is a spacious 90 m² apartment in Kaštel Sućurac, ideally located between Split and Trogir, with sea views, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous outdoor space and free private parking.
The beach, cafés, restaurants and the waterfront are about a 9-minute walk away, while Split, Trogir, Split Airport and many of Dalmatia’s best-known sights are within easy reach.
What makes Mendy different is the combination of space, sea views and outdoor living. Start the morning with coffee on the veranda, enjoy the sea view from the private sun terrace, relax in the courtyard surrounded by flowers, citrus and olive trees, and finish the day with dinner outside or something from the grill.

THE APARTMENT
The entire 90 m² apartment is reserved for your group. There are no other guest units sharing your accommodation.
It sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:

• Bedroom 2 with three single beds, 90 × 200 cm
• Pull-out armchair bed, 80 × 200 cm, in the living room
• Two bathrooms with showers
• Spacious living and dining area

• Air conditioning
• Ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• Baby cot and high chair available on request
There are five beds in total.
The kitchen is equipped for both short and longer stays, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee-making facilities, cookware, dishes, glasses and other everyday essentials.
The property has a 2 Gbps fibre connection, with typical Wi-Fi speeds of approximately 700–800 Mbps, making it suitable for streaming, video calls and remote work.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Apartment. Everything was clean and our host Teo was very welcoming.One minor criticism is, that the apartment is next to a highway,but thanks to the modern windows that's not a problem inside the house.

I always say you can tell if a place is going to be immaculately maintained by the sharpness of the kitchen knives! And they were in abundance here. Needless to say the rest of the apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to spend a week. Teo, the host, really does do everything he can to make you welcome and settled. We had to shorten out stay and Teo went well above and beyond to help us out. Thoroughly recommend.

Apartment Mendy was perfect for our needs. From the moment we arrived, Teo made us feel welcome and comfortable and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is well appointed with careful attention to everything a guest might need. Highly recommend!
