The master bathroom offers convenience with a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, and an in-house washer and dryer for added comfort. Each guest is provided with bath and personal towels, enhancing your pampering experience. The vanity area is perfect for primping and prepping with ease.
In our vibrant living area, sink into the plush, comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, conveniently placed for your entertainment. Beside you, a perfect end table keeps your favorite snacks and drinks within reach, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxed evenings. Step outside to our shared partitioned backyard and enjoy al fresco dining at our chic table for two. Whether it's a morning cup of coffee or a night under the stars, this outdoor space is sure to become your favorite retreat.
Our fully-stocked kitchen is a foodie's paradise, equipped with modern appliances including a spacious fridge with a freezer, Ninja blender, Insta-Pot, four-stove cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate our coffee station, and the toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes complete the ensemble for your culinary adventures.
Our apartment also features a convenient laundry area for your convenience, so you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. Our property does not have a mailbox.
Street parking is available first-come, first-served. No driveway parking permitted. Driveway parking is reserved for the front unit only, so please avoid parking your vehicles to prevent towing.
To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
The cardholder must be present upon arrival and complete a quick selfie with their government-issued ID in front of the unit before the access code is released.
Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

This place is a hidden gem its so peaceful and clean to the T also its bigger in person. The host was amazing and quick to respond for any problem i had. I highly recommend this place.

All good except only 2 bath towels that had the weight of a dish towel and no bath soap is provided. I usually don't travel with bars of soap. Neighborhood looks sketchy but it was ok

Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again.
