Spacious 2BR unit in the center of BGC very close to malls, resto and shops

perfect location, walking distance to everything from restaurants, malls etc. unit was very clean, nice layout, quiet, nothing you will ask for, everything you going to need is there. marjorie property owner communicates very efficiently, always available, attentive with all the questions and needs. highly recommendable.

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure in the showers, which was a huge plus. The location is perfect: close to plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean, so we were comfortable walking around both day and night. Communication and customer service were excellent—our host was responsive and made check-in smooth and simple. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The space was thoughtfully furnished, clean and comfortable, providing needs for a relaxing visit. Its location is especially convenient directly across from a charming Japanese-themed mall with great dining and shopping options. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which made check-in and any questions easy to manage. I only wish we had more time to enjoy an additional day here.
