We loved our stay! My family and I decided to spend the weekend in Fredericksburg to celebrate my mother's birthday. This property was perfect for our group! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which worked out perfectly for all of us. We loved the patio and enjoyed feeding the deer who spent time in the back yard. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. We definitely plan on staying here again!

The backyard is just a beautiful view down to the river. There were 10 deer who came up to be fed in the backyard. The hot tub is really relaxing. The house is spacious and beautiful.

This property was even better than expected. The kitchen was huge, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. With three couples, we each had a room with king bed and ensuite, plus two more bathrooms! The porch and hot tub were so relaxing and the location was just up the road from everything on Main Street. Absolutely perfect stay!!

My only complaint is that several people were awakened on our last night at 2am by the sounds of water rushing- very very loud and concerning- we investigated and discovered the water softener must recycle at that time - for sanity and sleep of future guests, change the time please!

For a group of eight women, this house was perfect. Plenty of bathrooms gave us privacy for primping. There were personal touches such as tissue boxes and reading glasses throughout the home (for those of us over forty!) Well appointed with kitchen tools, bathroom necessities, cute decor and a couple of bottles of complimentary wine, the house felt like a home. It's a short walk to Main Street from the front door and outside the back of the house feels like back to nature as there are deer walking around Baron's Creek just behind the property. My friends we impressed and we would definitely choose it again.

This is a perfect property for four couples or less. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals and this property exceeded my expectations by far. Everything about this home is perfection. Every bedroom is themed (so cute!), very comfortable bedding and each has an ensuite full bathroom which is impossibly difficult to find almost everywhere we've traveled. The kitchen is awesome for cooking and gathering as is the outdoor deck and hot tub. We saw 8 small deer feeding down the hill near the creek and luckily we had a small bag of corn which we threw to those that didn't scare off. My only regret is that we didn't stay a full week. We're from Florida but if we ever come back to the darling town of Fredericksburg it'll be to stay a week at Wine Not and tour the wineries. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

There were 8 of us celebrating a birthday. House is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need, and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful backyard, we saw deer each morning and afternoon. Walking 2 blocks to downtown and if you go at night and don't want to walk home, easy inexpensive ride shares to talk you home. I would definitely stay again. We were only there 2 nights but wish we were there longer to really enjoy the house and back patio area.

This house is amazing! It’s in a great location, had ample parking, and was spotless!! There were four couples in our party and we all had more than enough privacy. Matter of fact, my husband who never sleeps late, slept until 10 am on Sunday! The hot tub was large enough for all of us. The outside seating front and back was so peaceful to have our morning coffee or evening cocktails. We will definitely return!!

We had an amazing stay for our Girls” Getaway! The home was immaculate. Plenty of room and each bedroom was themed in a different Hill Country wildflower. And the rest of the decor tied in with “wine”. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, with a 1/2 bath in the main hallway. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hot tub, fire pit, large patio and rockers on the front porch were enjoyed by all of us. And the creek in the back with the deer were an added plus! We'll definitely stay here again!
