A home away from home! Private, newly remodeled, and beautifully decorated home with a relaxing backyard. It is conveniently located in the most central location of Miami, making the drive to all the popular places in Miami an average of 10-15 minutes (Ex. beach, Wynwood, Aventura mall, restaurants, ocean drive, downtown, design district). Please treat our home as if it were your own. A lot of love and care went into making it very special. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. My home is now yours throughout your stay so please take good care of it. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. • No extra guest without approval. • No Parties, No large gatherings. • No Pets. • Do not leave exterior doors open as it can break the air conditioning. • Do Not take or remove ANY items from home or yard. • Do Not damage or misuse furniture. Damages will be taken from your deposit. The trash bin is located to the right of the house just behind the gate. No baby wipes, cotton, pads, tampons, paper towels, or paper flushed in the toilet. TOILET PAPER ONLY. • Please keep lights off when the room or house is not in use.
Guest, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, guests must understand that any contact with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We had 9 people and there was more than enough room for everyone! It was very neat and clean and Rita was always very quick to respond to any questions. The area was also really convenient to walk to restaurants in the area and Ubers were really good prices for going out in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

It was so nice to have a place to relax away from the wedding chaos. The backyard was my favorite part. The beds were very comfortable.

Well maintained, clean , spacious and luxurious interior. Good for family and friends. We had a comfortable stay and friendly owner. We enjoyed our stay and will rent this house again if possible.
