About this house rental
Residence in the Hameau des Coteaux Domaine de Pont Royal en Provence in the commune of Mallemort. The Hamlet is quiet, set back from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the estate and 5 minutes walk from the Pratice du Golf International de Pont Royal.

Minimum rental from 2 nights or 3 nights depending on the period.
Semi-detached house for 4/6 people on 2 floors with a surface area of approximately 46m2 and terrace of 10m2.
The East/West orientation keeps the freshness and the terrace to the west in the shade of the pines at noon allows you to enjoy it throughout the day with the view of the Luberon.
On the 1st floor: two bedrooms with portable fan (1 double bed: 160cm with a small balcony and 2 single beds: 80 cm), bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
On the first floor: Equipped kitchen area open to the living room - Bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room opening onto terrace with 1 sofa beds for 2 people.
1 dedicated parking space.
Microwave, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, flat screen, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, possibility of cot (cot), duvets and pillows.
Plancha/grill available
Wifi included.
Linen option (15 euros per person included from July to August for 7 days of rental) includes: towels (towel: 1 large + 1 small per person, hand basin, bath mat), bed kit (duvet cover, pillowcase and pillowcase, mattress protection and mattress pad) and 2 dish towels. Does not include pool/beach towel.
