Our family of 8 and 2 poodles loved staying at the beautiful property! My husband and I and our 5 adult children 1 son in law had a wonderful vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom (2 brothers shared the Jack and Jill bathroom - otherwise everyone had their own full bath). On the 3rd floor there is an “living room” and attached game room and full bath. One son made that room his bedroom- the couch makes out to a bed- and he loved the room. I enjoyed the screened in porch- I spent time reading and resting with the dogs there and it was quiet and peaceful. The backyard was filled with lovely trees with a variety of birds. The dogs were introduced to swimming and enjoyed the pool. We often took the golf cart to nearby restaurants (cowgirl kitchen and red fish taco). In the evening we walked or biked to blue mountain ice creamery (yum!). We spent another day biking up and down 30A and biked to the food trucks which are about 5 miles away. It was a flat comfortable lovely ride- we pulled the dogs behind one of the bikes in a dog carrier (we brought it with us) and they loved it! Some amenities included but not mentioned in the property description—-6 bikes provided. There is an additional refrigerator/ freezer in the garageappliances are all new and state of the artThe property is quiet and feels very private The neighborhood is very safe - gated. It has a regular and Kcup coffee maker. The host was very attentive and available. The house was immaculate!

The house was clean and stocked with an appropriate amount of cookware, pots and pans, towels and other toiletries.
The light in the garage tripped and we were unable to locate the breaker. We had to reach out to get the location of the breaker box. We did get a response immediately.
The temperature in the bedroom on the first floor was not consistent (either too cold or too hot).
Otherwise, the managing hosts were easily accessible and responded in a timely manner.
