Great location. The only problem is the noises from the street. I can't close the window because there is no AC in the room. My room also has this weird popping noise all day and all night. I think it's from the refrigerator. The sink is very small and it's almost impossible to clean the dishes.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated on a quiet street yet conveniently close to major roads and restaurants catering to all budgets within walking distance. While the reception employees may not be dressed as formally as typical front desk staff, they are courteous and friendly. There is a coffee shop on the premises which, although good, is slightly overpriced. This could be because they cater to international guests who may find the prices reasonable, but you can find similar items for at least 40% less just outside.
The rooms do not come equipped with air conditioning or heaters; however, given the recent changes in the city's weather, the absence of these amenities is less of an issue as the climate is more temperate. One drawback I encountered was the lack of soundproofing between rooms, which means noise from neighboring guests or loud TVs can be heard easily. Parking is available , which is good in case you have a visitor with a vehicle.
