About this villa rental
Villa Anabela is located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, besides Quinta da Balaia, 1 km from the famous Strip, where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are as well as the beaches. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a rural and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. This villa is 1km from the strip where you can visit all the bars and restaurants.
Refundable breakage deposit of 700 euros is required, if single parties and or under 27 years it is 150 euros each, payable in cash upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Baby cot provided upon request. Extra beds is a sofa Bed Pool heating provided for an extra charge of 150 euros per week.

This was our 2nd stay and again was fantastic. Communication prior to arrival and on arrival was faultless. We were able to check in earlier as Villa was ready. Party of 10 was made up of 2 families with ages from 5 to adults. Would highly recommend as location is superb and villa is excellent. Thanks for allowing us to stay again Susanna

My friends and I stayed in the Villa at the start of October 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host was very accommodating and clear from the outset.
Villa had everything you could want to enjoy your stay. There is a local shop where you can pick up the essentials for cleaning etc and then Aldi isn’t a long walk away.
The strip is only a 15 min walk away and about 5 minutes in an Uber. Definitely advise downloading the Uber app as it’s easy way to get around.
Only thing I would say is to take note that as it’s part of accommodation complex it might not have the privacy you are looking for. We had one late night that was escalate the next morning by the neighbours. We sincerely apologised for any inconvenience it may have caused them however as it was only one night. I believe the situation could have been handled a bit better rather than immediate threats of the police showing up being made.

We recently spent two weeks in this lovely villa . The villa was very clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 8 people. kitchen well equipped and a lovely bbq area . Located about 20 minute walk from the town centre with a very large Aldi about half way . Very easy to get around using Uber (downloaded the app and did not have to wait very long at all).
The management of the villa were on hand to resolve any issues (only issue we had was running out of gas on 1st day which was resolved very quickly indeed)
Would definitely recommend this villa.
