Welcome to Ocean Dream 715! Prepare to be amazed as you enjoy fabulous sweeping DIRECT ocean views from the balcony, living room, kitchen and dining room! We are glad to say that it is a beloved favorite of many guests who return here year after year.
This condo is located on the NON-DRIVING portion of New Smyrna Beach about 5 miles north of Canaveral National Seashore.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and a 42" Cable TV. There are 2 twin beds in the downstairs guest bedroom, and it has a 42” smart TV. Our third bedroom is upstairs - with a little added privacy. It has a queen bed, a 42” ROKU smart TV and an attached half bath.
We offer Secure 100 G internet throughout the unit.
Please know that this is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

---Direct east exposure balcony on south side of building, with a wall that blocks the chilly winter north winds
---Long and wide beachfront with private entrances exclusive to our complex

Outdoors- Ready for your outdoor pleasure, this unit provides AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, BOOGIE BOARDS, skim board, lots of sand toys, AND MORE! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis or pickleball is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!
The LARGE southern exposure BALCONY contains a table for 4 and several Adirondack chairs.
Indoors - The living room includes a recliner, love seat, and a full size sofa. As well as a large 65” smart TV. UPGRADED CABLE is available on all the televisions. The living room and downstairs guest room each have a DVD player.
The extras continue! The Newly Renovated Kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED, which includes ample dishes utensils pots & pans, etc., a full size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances; coffee pot, single cup Keurig, blender, waffle maker, ect. . . The full size refrigerator has an ice-maker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 additional people.
Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry rooms. A phone app may also be used to fund and operate the laundry. Laundry Facilities are on the North end of the building on all even floor in the building. Please feel free to use the shopping carts from the 1st floor to tote your laundry.
This complex has a BEACH-SIDE OLYMPIC geothermal HEATED POOL with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, you can step into a large air-conditioned clubhouse overlooking the pool, or sit under the roof covered area. Other amenities in the complex include two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more.
If you ever think you could possibly run out of things to do locally... Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Bob Carr Theater, Gatorland, and The Amway Center are all about an hour and a half away or less.
Local excursions include 4 outstanding golf courses, boutique and gift shopping, day spa, kayaking, paddle boarding, eco-tours through the estuary, bike rentals, parasailing, Turtle Mound, Dunes Park, Ponce Lighthouse and so much more!

This was perfect for our annual family vacay reunion. Beautiful ocean & beach views on the no-drive beach, parking & easy beach access with plenty of beach tous/chairs/canopy/umbrellas in the closet, plus games, puzzles & books for all ages. Surf boards fit easily just inside main door. Well appointed & super clean rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds & pillows. We needed a kitchen to accommodate special diets, food allergies, & picky eaters, this has one of the best set-ups for easy meal prep, fully stocked with plenty of quality pans, appliances, utensils & dishes. Full size fridge/freezer & tons of storage. Loved the quiet thick walls, only faint slider door noise bleeds through from other units. The balcony is a gem, we watched dolphin pods every morning, loads of birds & fish. We travel light with 3 days of clothing, so no in-unit washer/dryer was a slight drawback; the on-site coin laundries are convenient but really did an inadequate spin cycle, & dryers took only quarters, not a pay app [none of this was the unit owner's fault]. So we just used the coin laundry in town, easy fix. We definately found this space large & comfortable, private & restful. It is a beautiful condo.

There are not enough words to describe how much we love this place!!! Every inch of this home was spotless. The kitchen was modern, updated and so well stocked that we were able to easily cook dinner almost every night we were there with ease. There was more than enough beach gear and beach towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Perfect location close to grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the balcony was awesome! Neil was the perfect host!! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!
